When? 16-18th of April 2027!

200 miles: The start is at 10:00 AM on Friday and the finish closes 54 hours later, 16.00 on Sunday.

TEC Backyard: The first start is at 06.00 PM on Friday and the finish is when there’s only one runner left.

50, 100 miles: The start is at 10:00 AM on Saturday and the finish closes 30 hours later, 16.00 on Sunday

MiniUltra 46km: Start 08.00 AM on Sunday and finish closes 16.00 on Sunday.

Race area:
Start and finish are at Alby Friluftsgård in Tyresö.

Bibs

200 miles, you can get your bib on Friday morning at the start area from 08.00 AM until 15 minutes before your start.

Backyard, you can get your bib from Friday morning until 15 minutes before your start.

50, 100 miles  runners, you can get your bib on Friday from 08.00 AM until 15 minutes before your start.

Information before the race
We will hold a short briefing 15 minutes before the start, first in Swedish and afterwards English.

Dressing
There are no changing rooms with showers and sauna available at Alby right now! There are three outdoor toilets next to the TEC-tent and also some indoor toilets during daytime in a café.

Bags
Runners’ bags may be stored in the tent outdoors, look for signs with your distance.
No own tents are allowed in or outside the race area!

Changing the distance
It is permitted to change the distance during the race (both ways).
Records can only be set at the distance runners signed up for.

Dropping out the race
Notify the race officials at the aid station if you break so you can give in your time chip.

Maximum time
The maximum time is 54 hours for 200 miles, 30 hours for 50 and 100 miles distances and 8 hours for 46 km runners. You are NOT aloud to go away from the race track and then come back the day after and continue running, then you’ll get disqualified.

Refreshments
The race has a fluid and food control, it is located in the tent at the TEC-tent and you will pass here every 11.5 km.
We serve a simple basic service consisting of water (hot and cold), candy, chips, bananas, sandwiches and
some hot food in the evening like pizza and waffels.

Mandatory equipment

During day

  • Working mobile phone
  • The runners are expected to carry liquid and food / energy that is enough for a lap, if needed.
  • The choice of clothes must be adapted to the prevailing weather conditions.

During night (includes the day equipment)

  • Head light and also simple replacement bulbs and spare batteries has to be taken with you at night
  • Good reflexes, preferably reflective vest

Pacer
Pacers are allowed from 08:00 PM at Friday for 200 miles runners and from 08:00 PM on Saturday for all other runners or after the participant reached 100 km, depending on what
comes first.

Pacers always starts at the TEC-tent. A runner may have only one pacer at a time. It is not permissible for the pacer to carry things for the runner or otherwise physically help the runner forward.

Communications
From Stockholm Central Station, take the subway (green line) to Gullmarsplan, take bus 873 to Nyfors. From the bus station it’s about 500 m.

Parking
We do not recommend driving a car after the race. Rigid and cramping muscles can cause problems and
reaction time is longer because of fatigue. A runner is advised rest for at least six hours before he / she
sits at the wheel.

Rules

  • Cheating, not to behave in unsportsmanlike ways
  • Failure to pass the railroad in a dangerous manner, and not to behave in an unsafe manner
  • Not to litter
  • Using tools such as sticks and the like, and deviate from competition area is not allowed.
  • Helping a runner in distress is required.
  • The officials have the right to disqualify any runner who violate these simple rules, or behaving unsportsmanlike.
  • Although the behavior of a runner any pacer can lead to disqualification of the runner.
  • The organizer has the right to pick a runner of the path of the runner’s health justify it.

Risk
Participation is at the runner’s own risk.
