TEC is an ultra run with 5 different distances: 46km, 50 miles, 100 miles, 200 miles and a Backyard ultra.<\/h3>\n<\/header>\n

The track is on mostly gravel and some kilometers with single track in the forrest. You will be running in a unique forest, Tyresta Naturreservat. I would say the most beautiful forest in Stockholm area!<\/p>\n

One lap is 11.5km so you will run 7, 14 or 28 depending on your choise of distance!<\/p>\n

For the distance “Backyard” it will be a lap of 6707 m and you start on Friday at 18.00 (06.00 pm) and the second lap starts 19.00 (07.00 pm) and so on every hour. It continues like that until it’s only one runner left.<\/p>\n

The race 2027 will be 16-18th of April, registration opens in June 2026!<\/strong><\/p>\n
